These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of Discovery Sets sold by Brandt Supply, LLC dba House of Brandt. By purchasing a Discovery Set, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the purchase includes a promotional voucher equivalent to the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the Discovery Set, exclusive of any taxes, shipping fees, or other surcharges. This voucher is valid for a strict period of one hundred and eighty (180) days commencing on the date the order is placed and the voucher is created (the "Date of Purchase"), regardless of when the product is actually shipped or delivered to the customer. Vouchers that are not redeemed within this 180-day window will expire immediately, become void, and will not be reissued, extended, or refunded under any circumstances. The voucher has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly authorized by House of Brandt. All sales of Discovery Sets are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. House of Brandt does not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, fragrance dissatisfaction, or change of mind. A refund or replacement will be offered solely in the event that the product is delivered in a defective or damaged condition. You agree that House of Brandt retains the sole and exclusive right, exercised in its reasonable discretion, to evaluate and determine if the product was in a defective condition at the time of arrival. Claims regarding defective merchandise must be submitted to House of Brandt customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, accompanied by satisfactory proof of damage as requested by House of Brandt. If House of Brandt determines the product was not defective upon arrival, no relief shall be granted. Risk of loss and title for the Discovery Set pass to the customer upon our delivery of the item to the shipping carrier. House of Brandt shall not be held liable or responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been placed in the possession of the carrier. Specifically, House of Brandt is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that cannot be located by the customer. In such instances, the responsibility to locate the package or file a claim rests exclusively with the customer, who must address the matter directly with the shipping carrier. By completing your purchase, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the delivery of the product once it has left our facility.
